I’ve taken the portfolio offline. It no longer served any purpose as it only showed 10% of my experience/skills. I’ll update this site later to make a proper online CV when I get the time but I’m happy where I am now and wouldn’t need a new job for a while This site really needs a overhaul but I’m currently managing too many projects to waste time on a silly online blog

Life’s been as busy as ever since I’ve been working full time. Between work and gf, I haven’t had time for anything else. Got to love the holidays and those awesome vacations with gf for some R&R.

Amazing how it’s been 18 months since I’ve been going with my gf! :bounce: Time flies when you’re having fun. While I’ve been living with the missus in the weekends, we’re finally moving in Going to miss good old Browns Bay (and flatties!) but it’ll be worth it.

PS: To all my mates who probably thought I was dead, I’m not (yet). Just been busy, thus the delays in getting back to the emails. In case you don’t believe me I’m that busy, here’s proof: I have 4 incomplete games, one being almost 2 years old >_< That’s how busy I’ve been! And yes they’re all good games :p It’s not like me to keep a good game waiting

Quite a bit happened over the past few weeks. A lot of things, most of which seem lapse my memory after a tiring skipped breakfast, had quick lunch final day my current (or shall I say old) work -_- Got a nice Parker Pen, a big card and big chocolate easter egg for my farewell! :>

Oh yes, I got a new job Finally, a nice job in a big company. I’ll be moving to Browns Bay on Sunday (a day before I start work). Last few weeks have been extremely busy. For the first time I realised job hunting can actually be hectic >_<

I’m going to update this blog a little later when my memory comes back :p

Website portfolio updated so I can apply for jobs

My PSU blew up 2-3 weeks ago and while I was thinking of upgrading around March anyway, I thought I might as well upgrade now. I guess my extended sessions of WoW in this summer heat took its toll My P4 could still handle most games at 800*600, and I never had any complaints with any games that I frequently played. But tempation can be so…tempting :p Finally said goodbye to my Intel loyality and built myself an AMD system. I only had a budget of $1000 so specs aren’t too flashy but good enough: Asus A8N-SLI mobo, AMD Athlon 3200+, and Leadtek 6600GT (128MB) So while I was at it, got a new PSU and case as well; still staying true my silver/black colour scheme (I miss my glass panel though).

Also, such a shame that Mandrake is no longer free. So experimenting with Kubuntu at the moment. Seems alright so far but I may decide to switch to something else later :\

Got rid of final exam today…what a relief!! So starting tomorrow, I begin my hunt for some contract jobs. Actually, I already started applying 2 days ago :p

While I had written the basics of my blogger, I had other things planned to do such as; a smilie and bb code parser, and a simple spam control system. I’ve never used these real world blogs but I tried out Wordpress for the first time and quite liked it. So I thought I might as well use this instead of writing mine from scratch. However, there are still some things missing from it which I had planned in my blogger and I’ll try and implement those in this.

But now, I need sleep

Oh yeah, I got rid of all my previous posts dating all the way from the first post on December 5th 2002. I’ve only kept the ones from this year (bar one post regarding a certain person). I’ve always kept everything for archival purposes, but now I don’t want to.

Also, I bought meself a new 19″ Philips (190B) monitor :dazed:
