I’ve taken the portfolio offline. It no longer served any purpose as it only showed 10% of my experience/skills. I’ll update this site later to make a proper online CV when I get the time but I’m happy where I am now and wouldn’t need a new job for a while This site really needs a overhaul but I’m currently managing too many projects to waste time on a silly online blog

Life’s been as busy as ever since I’ve been working full time. Between work and gf, I haven’t had time for anything else. Got to love the holidays and those awesome vacations with gf for some R&R.

Amazing how it’s been 18 months since I’ve been going with my gf! :bounce: Time flies when you’re having fun. While I’ve been living with the missus in the weekends, we’re finally moving in Going to miss good old Browns Bay (and flatties!) but it’ll be worth it.

PS: To all my mates who probably thought I was dead, I’m not (yet). Just been busy, thus the delays in getting back to the emails. In case you don’t believe me I’m that busy, here’s proof: I have 4 incomplete games, one being almost 2 years old >_< That’s how busy I’ve been! And yes they’re all good games :p It’s not like me to keep a good game waiting

Got rid of final exam today…what a relief!! So starting tomorrow, I begin my hunt for some contract jobs. Actually, I already started applying 2 days ago :p

While I had written the basics of my blogger, I had other things planned to do such as; a smilie and bb code parser, and a simple spam control system. I’ve never used these real world blogs but I tried out Wordpress for the first time and quite liked it. So I thought I might as well use this instead of writing mine from scratch. However, there are still some things missing from it which I had planned in my blogger and I’ll try and implement those in this.

But now, I need sleep

Oh yeah, I got rid of all my previous posts dating all the way from the first post on December 5th 2002. I’ve only kept the ones from this year (bar one post regarding a certain person). I’ve always kept everything for archival purposes, but now I don’t want to.

Also, I bought meself a new 19″ Philips (190B) monitor :dazed:

This site, although version 4, looks more or less the same as the old one. Only that it’s entirely tableless (look ma! no tables!), plus to be db driven once I write the commenting system. Some parts of the site are still down. Will get them up soon. I’m still writing the commenting system. Not entirely sure if I want this because of the possibility of spam! Anyways, that might take a while. Too busy with uni and work right now. Plus, there’s this little software I’m developing. Pre-alpha stages for now…

PS: Internet Explorer sucks so much that it’s no longer funny. I’ll save my IE rant till the day M$ releases IE7 beta. I wrote this whole site by hand and it worked perfectly across all browsers except…(wait for it)…Internet Explorer. And no it wasn’t slight problems. It looked horrible. So horrible that it needed a separate style sheet! [sigh]

Omg…the site is finally back up! That was by far the longest down time ever. I took the site down because I was bored and boy was I bored. The last few months of 2004 have been _the_ most boring months of my life. Boredom reached such an extent that it almost seemed like a mental problem. Which it wasn’t. Obviously. It wasn’t. Really. O_o
